We want you to absolutely love your soap!

Hi friend! Because our soaps are made to nourish your skin, we can't accept returns or exchanges once they've shipped out. This keeps every bar you receive fresh, pure, and untouched - just the way nature intended!

Here's the scoop on refunds and cancellations

Once you place your order, I get straight to work wrapping up your goodies with care! That means I can't cancel orders or offer refunds once they're placed. And since soap is a personal care item, I'm not able to resell products once they leave the shop.

Tracking your little package of joy

I'll send you a tracking number by email as soon as your soap begins its journey to you! You can follow along and know exactly when your new self-care essentials will arrive.

If Mother Nature (or the mail carrier) has other plans

Sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of our hands. If your tracking shows your package got lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. They handle any bumps in the road while your order is making its way to you.
