Subscription & Special Order Policy

Subscriptions and pre-orders

From time to time, we might offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or other special purchase options in our little soap shop. Here's how those work and how you can make changes if you need to!


Subscriptions

How it works:

When you sign up for a soapscription, you'll receive regular deliveries of your favorite soaps based on the schedule you choose. Your payment info is stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery (unless you paid upfront for everything). Some subscriptions might auto-renew when they're done - but don't worry, you're always in control!

Need to make changes?

You can cancel or adjust your subscription anytime - no hard feelings! Just check your order confirmation email for a link to manage your subscription, or reach out to me directly and I'll help you out.

Pre-Orders

How it works:

Sometimes I'll offer pre-orders for new products or seasonal soaps that aren't quite ready yet. When you pre-order, I might collect full payment, partial payment, or just store your payment method to charge later when your soap is ready to ship.

Can I cancel?

Here's the thing about handmade soap - it needs time to cure and be at its very best! I make pre-order batches at least three months in advance, and I plan my whole production schedule around the orders you place. Once you commit to a pre-order, I'm already getting your soap started, which means I can't cancel it. But I promise it'll be worth the wait! Once it ships, our regular refund policy applies - and you can always reach out if you have any concerns.
