We can't wait to get your soap to you!
Packages generally ship within 5 business days - and honestly, we're usually even faster than that! We get so excited when you place an order that we want to get it packaged up and on its way to you as soon as possible!
Double-check before you check out!
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are exactly right before you hit that order button. Even a small typo can cause delays in getting your goodies to you, or might mean extra shipping charges to get things sorted out. We want your soap to find you on the first try!
Once it leaves our hands...
Here's the honest truth - as a very small business (just me over here!), I can't take responsibility for packages that get lost or stolen after they ship. Once I hand your order over to the mail carrier, it officially becomes yours.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't see your package anywhere, please reach out to the carrier right away to file a claim (or ask the people who live in your house - more often than not, the package turns up). For USPS deliveries, you can file a claim here: [USPS claim link]
Tips for a smooth delivery:
- Keep an eye on your tracking number (I'll email it to you!)
- Consider having packages held at your local post office if porch theft is a concern in your area
- Add delivery instructions if there's a safe spot for the carrier to leave your package
